★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a genset of 82.5 kva capacity 8 months back, delivery of genset was one and a half month late than the committed time. Genset was not even able to take 35kva of load. Now it had been 2 months the genset is not even getting started. We have been calling B S Power Centre regularly to get it fixed but getting no response from their side. Got it checked by a technician and came to know the engine has seized. Our bussiness is suffering a lot, bearing to much loss. Very bad experience and too disappointing after sale service. Buyers please be ware.
