★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service you have to suffer alot, u need to visit many times for a single work but can't blame the staff properly bcoz some of them are giving there 100%, from last 1.5year i have applied almost 12 meter every time they need different documents for the particular work I had suffered from unusual cancellations, for refund of my security amount of rs 3000 they generated the bill of rs3800 for just 3units, only the single work they can done on your single visit is bill payment, I wish there should be any other service providers so people don't have to suffer this much...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with them.. don't know why they don't take their work seriously. Tried to call 10 times got connect 4 times...
1st - server is down, call later. And agent (girl)was like sleeping
2nd - she picked the call and as I narrated my problem she placed call on silent, hold or don't know but there was no response for long. And after 5 mins of waiting I had to cut the call.
3rd - You placed the call in wrong department, diverting you call to main menu
4th - same as 2nd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst government a state can have. The worst connectivity of electricity a country can have. The worst customer support a company can have. The worst of everything anything could have. Literally, we are living in the capital of a great nation and we get to face these situations moreover if we try to complain about it all we get is dissatisfaction. These government goons are just for praising their own imaginable achievements that they never bestowed to us and creating or giving these companies like these the hold of the state electricity just like clowns. All i am saying is that i'm okay with a scheduled power cut but situations like these where there is no light or uneven cuts there is no hope for a better future for us.
