★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with hospital.
Even healthy person needs to be admitted to ICU if you say you have health insurance.
4 days of ICU billed goes to 1 lac and if you call for deposit amount which they don't give before 45 days, they say phone rakh.
Never go to this hospital ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible expirience, Worst staff, they are running business under hospital, if you are in emergency dont ever think to visit this place. bad people they even don't know how to talk. if you call them first they don't anwser ur calls and if they took ur call they talk rude... i made a mistake to visit this place huge disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish no one get illl,but My experience of this hospital is really good..staff is very helpful. Experienced doctors. I am thankful to the team, management who saved my husband from critical disease. Atleast they are not greedy like other hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Staff is no co operative. They dont have payment system in a so called big hospital. Swipe machine is not working, UPI they don't have. ATM machine don't have exact change so how come any person can pay exactly 1330? We withdrawn 1500 from ATM as 1300 wasn't processing. At the midnight of 2:00 how come any one can get 1330 exact and from where?
0% co operation from staff. Pathetic service. No humanity at all. We waive 170 as donation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom-in-law was treated here during the first COVID wave. We were not in the country and mom-in-law was admitted by her brother. Dr. Javedan took very good care of my mother in law and treated her very well. The thing about Dr Javedan is that she was proactive in her approach, since my mother in law had few complications before being diagnosed of COVID, Dr Javedan was up on all the information like the ailments, the medicines that she took etc. Those were the difficult times as family members physically present also could not meet the doctors. But Dr. Javedan regularly kept us updated on video calls. Also recently I required some assistance with injections and her staff Sister Tanvi, Manisha etc all helped me as per their availability by not just administering the injections but also calming me down and relaxing me. The hospital is very well maintained in terms of cleanliness & security. I happen to visit 7th Floor always. SPECIAL THANKS to DR JAVEDAN and all her team members. Thanks to Sister Tanvi, Manisha and few other sisters who helped me.

Have never been admitted but have availed some facilities of out patient department.
Reception -Good
Physiotherapy Department- Very helpful Doctors,especially Dr. Kaushik.
Imaging Department. Had gone alone for a MRI but did not miss my daughters as staff nurse Pallavi was very very caring.I had to reassure her that I was fine after procedure! Nayan,too is very cooperative.
Sonography Department -Good.
The security guys are very diligent.
Overall, a very clean and well run hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third grade service, pathetic staff, you need to call the nurse at least few times to attend the patient.
Dirty unhygienic, they do not sanitise the bed before shifting the patient, they do not even provide a basic face mask to the patient.
Be aware of Dr.Leena ( ground doctor) she is absolutely rude, illiterate, misbehaving, unprofessional and I strongly doubt her calibre. I had to complain to consulting doctor about her disgusting behaviour and not ready to attend a 67 years old patient. Worst experience. Such doctors are very dangerous for the patients.
They took 3 hours to admit the patient and took 5 hours just to make one page discharge card
One star is only because of head nurse Madiya, she was the only one who was super helpful. God bless her.
