That's not enough .....
1)1st priority towards consumer issue and resolve in a record time.
2) Continuously working to update/strengthen or to fullfill consumer desire at low pocket cost.
3) As company set it's target to print green foot (27% of total capital demand) by 2021-2022 this not only decrease's the power cost also reduce air pollution and motivate society toward green environment.
4) Contribute in DIGITAL INDIA venture through E-BILL, online bill procedure help's comsumer not to waste time in que & save trees.
5) Customer care centre for customer's querie's and complain & 24×7 resolve attendant.
6) For new connection ease in policies & less documentation required.
7) Transparency in billing.
8) Ease to take temporary connection for marriage's and parties (say no to diesel gensets it cause pollution)
9) Introduction of "SAMVAAD" in bill help consumer to know company achivement's, future goal, eco friendly idea's & Safety guidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked in this company before, the working environment is good. the office is spacious Unstressful working life there is no burden of work, and if you are a family person(married) then this company is good for you. The only cons point is learning is limited. Overall is good to be part of this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple powercut on daily basis, 14 time called BSES for help. Never got any single solution.
I have call record of my calls with BSES executives that I have made.
I was committed that multiple time that my issue will resolve. Finally I buy one inverter to avoid calling BSES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is massive spike in my electricity bill from past 4+ months (Contract A/C Number: 151535253 ). We have exactly less power consumption in last few months, hence we are not expecting higher charges. Many times I complained for this regard, many times i called to customer service for this regards but till now not satisfied & i also visited to the branch of janakpuri but not get exact solution from there & also not satisfied from their service. Pls look into the matter on priority. Otherwise, I will go to legally. your quick response will be highly appreciable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company has the most sick operations in delhi infect whole world. These guys charge us for whole week then why in the world there customer service is closed on weekends.
Everyday there are 6 - 7 hours power cuts in chattarpur , south Delhi. Living with small kids and doing work from home is impacting everyday in what could be he worst anybody...
There customer service people are the most dumb and illiterate human you can ever find. And service is pathetic for what huge money they are charging is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic service. Power cuts happen all the time. Sometimes 7 times a day. Called the on the contact no. Displayed on the website, but no one even cares to answer. A lot of my household electrical appliances are damaged due to sudden power cuts all the time. Even my printer and pc which I need the most during my online classes. I hope all the workers at bses also face such situation so that they too know our tragic condition when you can't even go out to get your printer repaired. These people have only one excuse maintainance, how maintainance does it need. It sucks. So disappointed. ( just haven't written cuss words, ek baar phone utha lo fir btati hun)
