★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service the people in the booth are very very rude I haven't seen that rude people anywhere why are you working there if you have no interest in working just stay at home and let people who are actually willing to work do the work . Most of the time you will find this place busy no social distancing no nothing. Sad to see the place deteriorating over the years and years and years of just bad staff hopefully they improve in the recruitment process in the first place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for new connection. The staffs , especially Mr Rajeev Ranjan, the senior most is most helpful. He explained Evey process in very detail. Helped me to get paper work done. In this COVID period people are avoiding each other, but the staffs at BSES office is very courteous & helpful.
My meter was installed promptly.
