★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CHD for Vikaspuri and Yttamnagar is actually located in Janakpuri, behind the Janakpuri District Centre. It has high level of digitisation to avoid touts and corrupt practices of the past. With a help desk at the entry and the offices on the first floor, it has open parking for two wheelers but none for the cars. Toilets had been cleaned. Waiting area could have better furniture.
The dealing staff was extremely polite and courteous. However, taking an appointment is no easy job, especially for the non technical savvy persons. The supervisor was an extremely helpful lady who painstakingly explained this difficult procedure.
