★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a plot almost 4 years back and they never did anything further. After 4 years when we asked progress we understand that the plots are not even registered in the society name and we are waiting for refund from 6 months. They have stopped taking calls and not responding. We are taking legal route now but posting this so no one should loose their hard earn money like we. They are very rude and will talk to you as if you are begging for your own money. Being senior citizens of country they are tarnishing the image of BSNL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never book any plots, they will never give any plots, you will waste your money and time, I am a customer from 5 years I was waiting for the allotment of my plot, most of the time the office is closed, they have only done the agreement of land not the sale deed , they dint pay the landlord land price also have not applied for any approval for land, I have also gone for consumer court for refund , I would strongly recommend to file a case in consumer court asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust them, these are big time fraudsters, I have paid my first instalment and they had disputes in Rock Enclave project. I have provided them the refund request and got an acknowledgement from them that they will refund, it has been a long time the story is same, the President Mr. Surendra & VP Mr B. Venkateshappa are not at all picking the phone calls, and they will cut the call if you dial back to them. Now it is a time to send them a legal notice.
Update Edit 1: Legal notice sent to them reached on 20-OCT-2021, no response yet, my lawyer recommended the next step to file a petition now which will happen shortly.
