★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not install BSNL FTTH at chapra through vendor or direct. Service is very bad. No one can care for you issue. No one can understand your problem.
In first month of speed is good then after speed fluctuate many times.
Recommend- Request for airtel fibre and jio FTTH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dnt provide broadband as they dnt want to work, instead they provide you the contact number of vendor, who charged thefty amount (router+ plan+ installation) and on asking they said, bsnl me commission dena hai. Cant agree more why private players are being dominant in every area and BSNL is forced to shut down. I m waiting for airtel/bsnl to have coverge in my area(within a month) who provide free router and installation with advance rental plans.
