No contact number on Google also.
When tried on helpline number even they were not able to provide a number. People even not following covid protocol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BSNL people either don't pick up phone or they put phone call on blacklist and sometime they also make excuse that they don't have wire and other things for installation. I have been chasing to BSNL people for installation for last 15 days. Services are worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Narender is poor communication with customer , when we ask more question he put our call in block list. He is unable to deal with any customer. He said that you could do any thing i have no more solution and don't compare the bsnl services according to other city he also say motihari and Bihar working is Fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contractor of raghunathpur provided supply duplicate modem to BSNL but government didn't take any action for him . They didn't fix any ones problem .
And Narender SDO donot provided any sport to customer
