The staffs are cooperative although it varies from staff to staff.
Very big building with about 4 floors each and 2 blocks (if I am not wrong).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is called City Telegraph Office (CTO). But after abolition of Telegraph service in India, this building is functioning as Customers service center for telephone. SDO phone office is there.

Overall Service is good and staffs are well behaved as well. They are also facilitating Bharat Fiber connections from here.

Don't ever never choose BSNL network in your life it will be most worsted choice you ever take.
