★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located Behind pendharkar college. You can get share auto from dombivli east fadke road auto stand. Forms are mostly out of stock so you have to write an application. Go along with paper, pen and a cancelled cheque for refund purpose. Staff is cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's now a secluded area. Once upon a time very popular, frequently visited by customers visitors. But now just one or two customers hardly. Just the staff is very short, no electricity no will to keep updated knowledge and things. It's sinking! Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For over 35 years, BSNL was an inalienable part of my life. It brought me hopes and happiness, occasionally sadness and distress too. Still, it fulfilled a vital need in my life without competition.
Three days back, I entered BSNL premise in MIDC again, this time to surrender my connection. I had lodged a complaint over a fortnight earlier about my dead landline in vain.
BSNL was no more the beehive of activities it used to be. Most of the employees have quit under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme. On the faces of the remaining staff, I could see a mixture of doubt and uncertainty.
Similar is the situation with the complex too. Three structures in the rear which used to house the Canteen, Customer Service and Commercial Departments are vacant, unattended, and beginning to crumble.
I couldn't see any sign of the much reported resurrection that was expected to take place soon after the infusion of the Rs 70,000 crore revival plans. It was with genuine sadness that I returned having had to witness the collapse of this great edifice.

Lady at the entrance counter (who deals with prepaid sim cards) was very helpful and answered all my queries in a professional manner.
I got the card in time and was activated correctly as said in 4 hours.
In the past, back in 2000-2010, since BSNL had lots of customers, the quality of service was poor. Even the staff was not cooperative. But now, since they are about to go out of business, they have understood the values of customers.
