Sorry to say,you service is very worst.I am the existing customer of BSNL landline broad band service having mbs plan..Most of times I am getting as bytes (or) kilo bytes.
1)when I informed either to person (or) through customer care.to raised complaint.. response time is very slow... during first month,they took 4 days to solve internet issue
2) Every month raised 2 -3 complaint for internet issue..still,it is Repeating the next month
3) Getting response like BSNL will be like that, network down etc..
4) customer paying money and facing stress from the BSNL customer care and team
Horrible experience from multiple times..
