★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really helpful , I took international sim here from bsnl customer site staff Rakesh and he was really polite and kind . The sim had some outgoing message issues but he patiently took it up and resolved the issue along with Jayanta Ray of technical dept . Overall nice experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuffs here in this BSNL office are really good and helpful. From the security guard to the officer all are helpful. Little bit of old office but it has a huge space. Sometimes some situations are out if their control, otherwise now stuffs are good. As stuffs are little short, it may take a little extra time for your work. So try to avoid the rush hour and go in the afternoon.
