★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper service. Staff behavior is really bad. Sometimes they do not even listen to your query their answer will be NO a big NO. The basic facility and amenities not available. They will charge you bomb for every month.

BSNL should have Business Modules as like offices of Jio Shop & Airtel. Lot of office items scattered all over. Premises very dull. Needs in-house training of staff for overall improvement. The young JE was found helpful.
