★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Provider.Deserve the rotting that they are in now.Have a Broadband connection which is not working since last 2 months.All online complaints are getting closed without being attended to. Everyone point fingers to someone else.No one is ready to resolve the issue. Will surrender the connection. And then the employees will do strike for being out of Job, but the kind of people you guys are , you all deserve to be unemployed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with bsnl office people. I ported my number and they charged me with rupees 290 and when I asked them why they say that it is the mandatory amount to be paid. Fraud... government derivatives explain that no such amount should be given to anyone for porting. Just the price of sim card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. The workers are very unmindful. I have applied for a new sim of my grandfather which was lost. I have also mentioned my number in the form as they asked for the customers contact number. But what thay did was unbelievable. They replaced the service of my mobile number to the new sim. It's pathetic. Even Nobody is picking up the call.
