★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had invested in NIRVANA project and 40*60, and had visited the project before lock down and I saw good progress like Boundaries were marked and front arch work was going on and I had called one the executive who attended me and had good response and had discussed about the documents. Which i felt I had invested in right place, One of the society person was available for the customer enquiry
I fell worth for money and suggest to invest.

At a time when owning a piece of land in international city is next to impossible, this project offers plots at a very reasonable prices close to international airport. I had booked few years back after becoming aware of how housing societies work and very much looking farward to allotments. Though there are delays unlike of what has been communicated by management/staff, one need to be conscious of the past events like political development of the state, Covid situations and be considerate.

Such a nice approach from the team and there is no hidden content on how it works with our investment. end to end they have explained the project and it's near to the airport road and surroundings also in progress. Even after the first installment I'm still tracking the status in the company website. At any point of time they are approachable not like other housing societies. On our own experience we can feel the services and their approach. It's really good option for future investment.
