Staff at the Satellite station are Really Helpful,Knowledgeable & Encouraging!
The Food Services are not available in station (as Canteen) but one can get something from Nearby Village!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is too far, as it is located on yeoor hills. The infrastructure is decent and this is a place for industrial visit for engineering students. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, no canteen facility is available, hence it is advisable to take your own food. Do not stop at the entry of yeoor hills if you are going in your vehicle, else they will charge you a very good amount as jungle tax...

It is provides a opportunity for students who want to do internship and the people here are very helpful during the internship and knowledgeable. Only the drawback is the transport facility is very poor and one has to wait 1 hour for tmt buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very important place for BSNL communication since satellite is involved. I had been there for internship purpose which was a great experience, the staff there is helpful. Also u get to know about the various antennas currently working and how to set them up. If u are a Telecom student, u must visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BSNL earth station is in Yeur. Yeur is 20min from Thane Railway Station. You can catch bus number 16 from Thane Bus Stop(West). The buses are non so frequent. You have to wait 30 minutes for next bus.
