★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number of BSNL subscribers have shrinked. Although the atmosphere is gloomy, but the service is still available. New staff requires to be inducted. No issue if the customer service, sales and marketing is privatised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most non-cooperative stuff. Rude. Its almost impossible to get any proper response. The land phone did not work for 6 months. Complaints could not be lodged. Bills were sent in regular interval. When I wanted to surrender the connection I found it is almost impossible. Website does not provide any information. When I visited the office in person they simply gave an e mail to send the application and a number to find out the detail. No acknowledgement for submitting the document. The number given got disconnected on first ring. Do not know what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of I can rate less than one star, I wish to do that! Horrible! Wait for 2 hours for the lady to submit the form for disconnect. But She didn't appear. Another Modi move to sell assets of BSNL to JIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No staff is there and not maintain the cleaning inside the office premises and going old speed and service is very poor now days other telecom industry goin high speed but BSNL is not up to the mark still now .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic situation, with poor maintenance, everything is very scattered way, though building is not so old but looks like a heritage building.
All kind of pre paid and post paid sim cards are available also do Aadhar cards.
Only 4 -5 stuffs are there and they control entire things.
Cash counter for bill payment, recharge etc also be done there.
For Aadhar related issues timing is fixed every day 12 noon to 2pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited BSNL office to port in to BSNL prepaid. The concerned person who was handling the port operation was extremely helpful and efficient. He finished the formalities within 5 minutes. You can find him just beside the main entrance in a make-shift stall.
Few things to take care if you are going to port in to BSNL to this office-
1. Ensure you have raised the porting request and received UPC
2. Carry any original govt issued photo address proof, preferably Aadhar
3. Have an alternate number ready as you will be receiving a verification OTP during the port formalities
4. Rest of the formalities will be handled by the concerned person
5. Carry cash of Rs.250 for the first recharge.
