★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my land phone is dead , i have done online complaint many times but without solving my problem they send me sms that problem has been solved , very very problematic , bad experience that is why many costomers are going from bsnl these people should not paid , there is no effect on their salary so these people not working , if Government want to save this company should be done privatisation. then these people will understand
