β β β β β Worst experience, I wanted to geta fiber broadband connection It took them 7 days to installation and after installation they changed their plans.
Unacceptable and unsatisfactory service if this is what's happening when installing it don't know what they are gonna do when asked for service after installation.

β β β β β A PSU unit where young employees are struggling hard to save the organisation, instead of severe criticism, extreme manpower and resources shortages etc. Hats off to the officers, for uninterrupted service, especially lockdown. People and subscribers should support them to save telecom sector and maintain healthy competition.
