I have visited the service center last week due to a manufacturing defect.They didn't ask much questions.I had waited in the longue for 2 hrs and they informed me that they will replace the part.
It took exactly 1 week for the delivery.But the waiting period was worth.I was much worried about my bike as it is a brand new.They have replaced the part infront of me.
I am really happy and I highly recommend this place.And I especially remember Mr. Praveen and Mr.Pradeep.They did their duty excellent.Mr.Dileep (mechanic) took care of my bike very well.
The replacement was covered under warranty period and they didn't even charge the labour charge.
Keep up the good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken bike from there so far superb responses from the sales team even after purchasing i called the sales persons and he helped me out. Only problem while purchasing bike I tried to swap my catd they told it will charge 2% extra seems they don't know how to claim the card swap tax from govt or they doesn't have gst number. Remaining all ok. Thanks.

This shows room guys only colection money and tells story don't go sarvice ammba Bajaj show room plzzzzz

Mr. Vinod, who's the chief sales executive here was very helpful and he made sure that I had an hassle-free experience throughout the process..
My First Service Experience - the service was satisfactory too. However, it's a little too early to judge the same, as I've only got my first service done.
So on the whole, it's a good showroom & the people are really friendly.
