β β β β β The ambience is nice but they take time in dine in we have to continually chase them for our order. We went on week days and the Ac or the fan no facility was there. The least care on customers facility.

β β β β β I ordered for the first time from BTW and loved the food. I placed a home delivery order of tikki,which they are most famous for. They packed my order meticulously. The tikkis reached me crisp and hot, the curd was of just the perfect consistency, sweet chutney and the spicy one were carefully and generously packed in separate airtight packets which were sealed properly. The taste of the tikki chaat was just amazing. The crispy tikkis dipped in chutneys made for a perfect evening snack.

β β β β β Tried the aloo tikki at BTW for the first time. The tikkis were fried crispy & had just the right amount of toppings. The chutneys have the right amount of spice to add to the flavours & not overpower it. At βΉ110 per plate, it is totally worth it.

β β β β β The famous BTW tikki was like what it's meant to be, but they should look after other food items as well. I tried their Paneer Kulcha as I'm sharing a picture of that as well, but bigger disappointment was the rudeness of staff not to accept the absence of Paneer in a Paneer Kulcha. Answer: "Sir, sabhi aise hi hote hai."

β β β β β Poor hygiene maintenance and attitude of their staff will make you feel not to go there again.
Visited Faridabad outlet on 1-10-2021
There was cleanliness issue clearly visible at the outlet.Also, a strand of hair that was in there in food made our mood miserable.
I was surprised at the reaction of the staff.He kept looking at us bluntly and told us that the strand of hair was in Dal Makhani so I will bring another bowl of Dal and balance you have.This is the worst reaction from anyone in customer service.
Moreover, there is hardly any reaction from their customer care so far even when I had raised the issue over email to them.
Please do not visit such outlets.

β β β β β We visited this outlet in the evening for some snacks. There was sufficient parking space outside the restaurant. The restaurant is also spacious with ample seating.
The ambience was nice. The food was great. We order tikki, dahi bhalla, raj kachaori and pani Puri. All items tasted great. We were totally satisfied. The staff was polite and courteous.
The only thing that bugged us was the cleanliness of the washrooms. A little more focus is needed in that area.
We wouldnβt mind visiting again whenever we are in the vicinity.
