★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very neat and clean. I tried the famous BTW tikki and chumchum for the first time.
Tikki was prepared in olive oil. It was very nice in taste and presentation. There was perfect blend of flavours.
Chumchum was very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving a star just because the serving staffs were nice. The person manning the cash counter is another story. He did not even try to reply to any queries that we had. He looked angry too. Hope all is well at his home. Will not visit again ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have taken Dahi Bhalla and consumed in 1 hours , It was rotten, stale and spoiled. After complaining to the shop the person was very rude and said that we are not getting it changed. Do what ever you want to do. It doesn't matter to us.
I would definitely recommend everyone to not have any thing as their is no surety of hygiene and quality products served in BTW and the best part is that the people running the shop are not bothered as well. Lets not play with our family health by eating spoiled and rotten products from BTW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to share a quick review. Very very dirty and unclean restaurant. Staff lacks knowledge. They do not even answer properly to customers. They behave as if people come to dine for free. In 2022 and btw was one of my most pathetic experience. I promise u i will never come back again if in case it matters to you.
I just hope the food is decent. Or i will ask for a refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from here alot through zomato. They dont really have restaurant like seating arrangement- not much space to stand and eat there. I ordered Mostly dahi bhalla, chhole bhature, tikki, matar kulcha at times...it tastes good. Though i do not recommend btw for south indian food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stale products being sent if you order online... Ordered few items in bulk and they sent stale/rotten items. Foul smell while opening Dhokla and could not eat a bite.... horrible experience.
Setting a perfect example for : Unchi dukaan feeke pakwaan.

I had ordered Pav Bhaji, Bitto Tikki Chaat and Badam Milk. When I received my order i found it to be incomplete, only the Chaat was there without the Tikki.
I raised a complaint on Zomato just have refund of my amount for Tikki. I don't understand how can a Brand be careless, is this the kind of experience they want their customers to have.
I wish i could rate it Negatively for Experience !!!
