★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just want to share very bad real time experience, even after paying the handsome amount for the wooden flooring .. the quality of the product is too low (they claim to be high quality , german tech and all .. but its not true ).. after some days of installation the joints was about to come out ... major issue is of expansion and contraction of the flooring .. it just came out of the frame .. there are much issue with the services also .. they act very proactive before placing the order .. and after placing the order and providing them amount , they dont even pick the calls .. they don’t take responsibility of the quality they provide .. as per the last conversation they asked for the payed support (even for the bad quality product ) .. there is one more issue with the service , at the time of prior estimation the measure less area , and on the day of installation (after finalization of the deal) they ask to pretend that more packet of flooring with charges (it might be rare case but it should acknowledge ) .. I had cross check the quality of there product with other brand (action teasa )and done different practical test . test 1: had placed the peace of flooring in the water for 24 hrs .. results are as follows .. there product expanded drastically .. and shape of peace was changed .. on other hand action teasa was at same shape and it did not expanded .. in other test I had placed the riser in water .. the result was same .. it expanded drastically .. don’t know how they claim for german technology .. my suggestion is to take every term and condition in written .. if they claim for warranty it should be in written .. otherwise they will not entertain at all .. the intention of this review is not to defame the budesh flooring but the aim is to make aware the end user about the company .. it might be issue of the mismanagement of the company staff the owner should be aware about this and he should develop a full proof process for the future .. Brand building is tough .. and it take time .. but due to lack of management it can vanish easily .. in case anyone wants the sample of the flooring .. they can contact me .. and I will send the peace of flooring for the quality check and do some test ..
