It was a wonderful experience for us. All arrangement by Bhanu from Budget holiday india were up to the mark.
All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. Munnar resort Lake n hill was excellent resort and house boat staff also very good.
*Special thanks to The driver (Nouphel) He was very cooperative, polite and friendly. His driving skills were excellent and safe. In addition he was well travelled and well informed. We Enjoyed his company.*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving it 3 star because the food was not proper....Was not taking care of religious feelings of veg people....i had not taken continuously 4 meals during trip because of that...and he was even not being responsible for that....
Please don't justify yourself...we all know who was creating problems to whom..? i requested you one small thing..but you being you didn't pay attention...we were not enjoying free of cost we also paid the same amount then why will we compromise..it is your duty to respect and take care of your customer..
