★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgusting internet service. The internet goes away for hours and they one dont pick up when you call them for any issues. Have been really irritated with their internet service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ISP ever, they keep the money for the internet and don't even bother to pick up the phone if the internet is down. If you're lucky and they pick up the phone they talk like they are doing an errand for you and you should be thankful to them. The staff working over there is full of idiots who dont know what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet service has gone down to such a low quality that you have to call them twice and thrice a day to fix it. They keep saying Mam fiber lagwa lo , and also once their guy comes and fix it , it goes down again in an hour.
Despite repetitive requests to let us talk to Mr Budhiraja , that lady on call keeps lingering and then finally disconnects the call and put in on permanent busy mode.
SIR IF YOU ARE READING THIS.. check out on your staff, either they are misleading you or you are misleading us because you had provided amazing services in the past and now its beyond adjustments. Seems like we’ll have to switch to some other ISP
