I had wrongly given 4 ? rating initially. Execution of work is not so satisfactory. I will be sharing my experience with buildahome in coming days. Whatever i am going to state now is purely based on my bad experience & there no intention to harm buildahome. I have suffered a lot mentally as well as financially by choosing this company to build my dream home. I have experienced a poor quality of workmanship & supervision. They couldn't complete the project even after 20 months of signing agreement. Finally I was forced to terminate the contract. They had even refused to pay penalty for the delay of 7 months excluding 3 month time extended on account of COVID-19. Their promise of timely delivery & payment of fine for everyday delay is completely false. Also the promise of no sub contract is also not true. Except design & drawing, almost all works are given sub contract. Inexperienced & slack site Engineer was nominated to oversee my project. He was hardly visiting the site for few minutes & slack supervision has affected the quality of construction right from beginning. They always demanded to release stage/part payment without completing the milestone work. I kept on paying hoping that they will complete in time & finally ended up paying more than 20%of the executed work on scheduled date of handing over. Though initial construction was fast, problem started at finishing stage. They took more than 6 months to complete fabrication, tiles laying, etc. In the beginning, i got impressed by the advertisement of 1350sft in the year 2020. But I came to know the actual rate after payment of initial advance. I was asked to pay 1419 +12 % tax i,e 1537/-. This 12%, service tax component was not highlighted till payment of advance. Just for the greed of 50-100/- per sft i had to pay a heavy price at the end.

They won't consider construction of buildings with moderate budget. Won't respond on the calls and WhatsApp messages. They only focus on the projects above 50 lakh budget and try to grab the project with low rates and Many hidden charges. Also initiatly for planning they demand 25k
