This place would be your go to option weather in be with your friends, family or family friends. It has got such a good vibe all over that one wouldn't mind spending 4 5 hours there! They have amazing set of board games kept for you, a pile of books for all the readers and a loop of some amazing songs for the rest! Bungalow 424 is a multi storied place, with the ground floor being pet friendly ? (already in love) and the top most floor being rooftop ? The food here is equally amusing as the ambience. The game stealer for me was the appetizer Bungalow tree, they serve tandoori broccoli marinated in white malai sauce & served with pomegranate and mint chutney, both lip smacking. Shrikhand with cannoli crisps was something new that we tried. They have tried to create a newer version of our childhood fav dessert shrikhand!

Highly overpriced place with average food quality. I won't recommend this place at all, you can have better quality food at some other place with same budget. They do have a mini rooftop location.(not that great)

A FUN LIT UP RESTAURANT WITH UNIQUE AMBIENCE AND COMMUNITY SEATING CONCEPT. BOARD GAMES TO MAKE YOU WANT TO COME HERE IN LARGER GROUPS AND ENJOY A GREAT MEAL. Occasionally will I ever write up a restaurant, I don't think I am professionally qualified to do so but then again sometimes the fingers love to jot down what an euphoria it is to come across a restaurant that makes you wish you never left, and kept experiencing the services they have to offer. I would like to point visitors to a place which I think will give them great enjoyment. Dining out can be a variable experience, depending on the staff, the food, the guest ,the service and other factors and sometimes the most reliable restaurants have an off night so many may have an experience different than I do. Generally speaking, I look for the positive in restaurants when I dine out and don’t go out looking for flaws or for something to criticize, the mission is not only to have great tasting food, but to have efficient and friendly service because customer satisfaction is paramount. Such is the experience at Bungalow 424.. A must visit. Bungalow 424, a venture of owners Chinmay and Shantanu is a multi cuisine restaurant with seating for casual dining, community dining and a pet friendly area. Their menu focuses on specialities from the world over with a twist on our Indian cuisine . Located in the upscale locality of Karve Road, this brand new restaurant cannot be missed. The restaurant houses a smart casual seating for those lazy afternoons to enjoy a drink with your friends while you enjoy a lot of board games with your friends and family. Also the rooms can be used for private dinners with your family and friends. The open areas, like the rooftop can be used for larger parties. The restaurant has comfortable furnishing and decor with soothing warm tones. It's a perfect place to stop in for a bite, for a drink or for a small a business meeting. The restaurant has cozy atmosphere with warm colors and soft music. The service is relaxed and friendly and extremely helpful. Getting to the drinks ? Being used to bar menus where the drinks are segregated on the type of alcohol, it is very interesting to see a menu that has been curated keeping in mind your mind. Let me clarify, if you want a drink that you can sip on through out the evening with conversations flowing then you can choose from the Easy / Refreshing choices. If you are looking for a drink to take the edge of a tiring day the go for the Strong / Decadent choices. If you are feeling adventurous and like to experiment then try the Leap of Faith. They also have a vast selection of wines, whiskeys and beers. *Drinks* Mistress Cinnamon Smoke Florence Syndrome Negroni Whiskey Chai Sour Food that I tried *Salads* - Watermelon Feta Salad Chicken Waldorf Salad *Appetizers* Laham Bi Hommus Paneer Sunheri Kebabs Chicken Rashbari Kebabs Prawn Gambas *Main* Grilled Fish Mexican Rice Bowl (Veg) *Dessert* Flavor of India Caramel Custard I won't describe the dishes as I really do wish you have the opportunity to visit this fantastic restaurant and have a wonderful experience.

Bungalow 424 is a new dining restaurant with Bar located in Kothrud. With a stand alone property and a space of 3 floors it can accommodate around 150 customers. The top floor is open air seating with artificial lawn and the other 2 floors providing indoor comfort. Appears a nice, cozy place at first glance. Coming to the Drinks served, it was one of those odd days when I was down with throat infection, hence no drinks for me. Just had some Old Monk with warm water... However the drinks menu does looks interesting and will surely try it out sometime soon. My friends accompanying me did tried some cocktails namely, Meet Your Match-Ah !, Whiskey Chai Sour, Cinnamon Smoke. Whiskey Chai Sour made using whisky, spices and tea infusion does sounds quite an interesting concept ! Beet & Orange Salad : The salad plated slow cooked beat and orange slices with creamy goat cheese, balsamic festooned lettuce and some olive oil. The plating as presented gives more of an impression of it being a fruit platter rather than a salad. Also the ingredients just don't blend-in, may be because of the presentation itself, and just that feel of eating a salad hence is missing. So they surely need to work on this. Also the portion served is too small for the attached price tag. Chicken Pop Corn and Wedges : A perfect bar snack that binds in crispy chicken pop corns and potato wedges served with two types of dips. A perfect combo. Bungalow Tree : This basically is tandoori malai broccoli plated to appear like a tree ! Nice and subtle flavors. The broccoli stems were a little hard, so some work-around needed to take care of this minor issue. Kurdish Mutton Kebab : From the serving itself they looked quite delicious. Little stiff on outside worried us a little bit as it gave an impression that meat was under-cooked or hard-meat ! But thank god, the first bite, and the core was absolutely tender and meat was not at all chewy. Also, I personally liked to see that the kebabs retain the raw meat flavors. So if they can be made softer throughout, it will be a massive improvement. Although it is good in the current state as well. Smoked Salmon Pizza : This was unanimously declared as the dish of the evening. Made me re-think as to when was the last time I had a sea-food based pizza ! The falvor of smoked salmon was so consistent and combined with cheese and thin base, a deadly combination. Must try dish !!! Pasta - The white sauce pasta was simple, yet delicious. Served with pesto garlic bread, it was really satisfying. Chicken Massaman Curry : Well the idea here is Jasmine rice served with I will say a yellow thai chicken curry. But the turmeric flavor was too dominant and it suppressed the rest of the flavors typically associated with a thai curry. Otherwise everything appeared fine. So slight adjustment needed and it should turn out to be a perfect meal-bowl Chocolate fondant - Again I did not had the dessert, due to throat infection. The presentation was good. The core of the chocolate sponge cake used was too dry. It should be gooey, which the menu also mentions. Overall it was a nice experience and the place definitely has good vibes. The place does have a good potential and menu, both bar and food, looks quite appealing. Also they need to improve a touch on the portion-to-price ratio to add the value for money factor. Rating : Ambiance : 4/5 Service : 4/5, the service was pretty prompt. Food : 3/5 for now and I wish this definitely improves from next visit.

DRINKS - Meet Your Match-ah was an absolutely effervescent cocktail, creamy, hint of vanilla with wonderful matcha green tea flavour and spiked with vodka. But due to the overabundance of crushed ice, it was too dilute on the top and strong on the bottom, which needs to be fixed. I got almost no flavour until I reached the bottom. Whiskey Chai Sour, is a twist on the classic whiskey sour, one of my most favourite cocktails. But unfortunately, this did not work for me. The tartness and bitterness of tea along with whiskey, just overpowered the drink. It needs a more balanced flavour with some zestiness / tanginess and a hint of sweetness. The Cinnamon Smoke, though, blew my mind! The beautiful combination of sweet, hint of tanginess and the absolutely fascinating smokiness and cinnamony goodness stole my heart. STARTERS Beet & Orange Salad - An utterly beautiful plate, bright crimson beets, orange slices, along with tangy - creamy goat's cheese and some olive oil - balsamic festooned lettuce. The combination was fantastic but it did leave me wanting for more, the quantity seemed a but less. Chicken Pop Corn and Wedges - A completely morish and appetizing basket of crispy salty treats. Both the chicken pops an wedges were super delicious. The creamy mustard dip, especially, was out of the world. Bungalow Tree - A really delicious Broccoli kebab, but rather childishly plated. But that doesn't take away from the favours. It was a bit tough but the crunch, the creamy subtle sauce and incredible smokiness, especially from the burnt olive dust was just incredible. Kurdish Mutton Kebab - Subtly spiced minced mutton kebabs with crunchy bulgur adding amazing texture. It had an almost lamb sausage like flavour, which I simply adored. Though, having a softer and juicier core, would have improved it massively. Smoked Salmon Pizza - This was a masterpiece. Thin, smokey and crispy base topped with delicate and juicy tomato sauce, whole lotta gooey cheese, ridiculously delicious and high quality smoked salmon and salty tangy capers. Simple, minimalistic and absolutely masterful. The most delicious dish of the day, hands down. Pasta - Simple but delicious white sauce pasta, with zucchini, bell peppers and topped with a touch of black pepper. Loved it, the al dente penne and the creamy sauce along with the pesto garlic bread was really satisfying. MAINS - Chicken Massaman Curry - This unfortunately wasn't that great, very overpowered with turmeric. The other South East Asian flavours of lemongrass, ginger, chilli etc were nowhere to be found and the chicken, though well cooked, wasn't favoured by the curry at all, almost felt as if it was added as an after-thought. The quantity, too, was not very generous. DESSERT - Chocolate fondant was a decent dessert. A bit dry and unfortunately, the gooey chocolate centre too had solidified. The taste was quite decent, but nothing to write home about. Note - We were told by the restaurant that due to the sudden unexpected rush on Sunday night, the kitchen got a bit flustered, which may have led to a few dishes not being upto mark. VERDICT - Overall I think it's a great place. Beautiful and really the kind you feel special in. The food and drinks were a bit hit or miss and I would also love for them to increase the portion size. But they're a new restaurant and I want to give them a second chance, as things I liked showed real quality and potential. They are still finding their feet in this tough industry and I'm confident they will get consistent with experience.

Nice place , good ambience , good music. Food presentation was beautiful . .Restaurant is good but I shocked when the service guy said no tandoor available today . So any dish which are made in tandoor like tikkas , rotis ,tandoori were not available. Already menu card has not many options and same time these dishes was also not available so choice became very less . I think service staff there is not enough as service was really slow . Even for Nachos they took 10 mins . Taste is average . Quantity is very less for each item . Overall disappointing experience for me .

Loved onion rings and coffee. Food is really good and the ambience too. Terrace sitting is best spot to spend your evenings with a cup of coffee. Yes they do serve alcohol too and have matches shown on big screen so it's a fun place to be with your group too.
