★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Combos are available in the morning only till 12 noon. After 12 depends on availablity. Tea is great. Many options for tea people. Food is yummy but at times the cook may be having a bad day but that's very rare to happen(honestly). If you want to try this place, do not go for combos. Order from the menu. Chinese is good here. Indian is also good. Only tandoori roti is available and naan you can get. Tava roti is a no. Veg non veg both are available. Staff is friendly and they do listen to you. At times the order may take up to 30 minutes to come as they are usually crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here today with my team from office. The food tasted well, but that's not all you expect when you walk in to a premium restaurant space. The first order was taken and served after 30+ minutes. Second order was taken thrice, each time the server would come and say "Sir, ye to nahi hai". We finally asked him to get anything that can be made in non-veg starter. Now, the main course was already ordered and we were waiting. This guy again shows up and says this order was not available, please order something else. All this took more than 90 mins, we finally got our main course, again it tasted okay. The final item on the order was not here yet, and after a long wait of another 30 mins an another guys shows up to ask if we need rice. And we asked him to call the person that took our order. He walks up to us and had all the guts to say "Sir wo main bhool gaya, apka order". Wow..! we just stood up to wrap up for billing. The guy at counter was not even ready to show that he was sorry, kept saying the owner of the premise is out. We were 11 people and the order was huge, yet no one was bothered to ensure at least food is served in time. I would not ever walk in to this place and suggest not to test the service here just to spoil it all with super sluggish service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average taste in food, so much oily, salty and spicy without checking order. Service is very poor, it's normally OK, if anyone wants thali not for Ala karta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a great restaurant, I don't know why people have given it low ratings. Everything we ordered was yummy. Bunkers Spl. Veg platter is a must try dish. I personally would say don't believe the bad ratings and try it once.

Service needs to be improved (you have to keep on repeating your order items, as they do not use any notepads to not down the orders and forget what we asked for)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to go on a lunch/dinner. Sometimes, there's a bit of suffocation upstairs, due to improper ventilation. Has a good taste for veg and non veg stuffs. The prices are low to moderate for every item. It's located in the premises of WTC, which makes it's atmosphere vibrant.

I have complained to the owner/manager multiple times and he doesn't seem to understand the importance of cleanliness. It's like you're sitting in filthy place and asked to enjoy food. With service like they don't care.
