β β β β β Apart from being a college and Hospital, this ancient place is also attractive for history loving people like us. There is an old temple of Shree RadhaKrishna which has intricate designs and detailed paintings on the wall. Opposite it there is the stairs which can take you to the upper floors, at one point you literally have to jump and that's a bit dangerous too. The roof also appears weak for a large group but the view from there is just amazing! The tall pinnacle of the mansion with its round apexed temple top, smell of ruined history all around and some aura of the sunset... see for yourself! Please respect the temple rules, obey the guardians in there and don't leave any litters.

β β β β β Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, one of the oldest college in west bengal. Doctor's are very helpful and very much expert in their respective fields. Condition of the college is not so good due to lack of maintenance. The respective authority should look after it. Very nice and peaceful place.

Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital is one of the reputed Government Homoeopathic Colleges in West Bengal. The college is popularly known as BHMC Burdwan, and it was founded in the year 1978. It is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Health Sciences and is duly permitted by Central Council of Homoeopathy, to conduct regular under - graduate course in Homoeopathy viz. Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery [B.H.M.S.] and it is recognized by the Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Dept. of βAYUSHβ and Govt of west Bengal, Dept. of Health & Family Welfare Ayush Branch. Permitted by Central Council of Homoeopathy, New Delhi and affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Sciences.The BHMCH recognize that no science can be static and to enrich the science of homoeopathy continuous learning and compilation of experience of its practitioners must continue. This medical college caters to the changing needs of homoeopathic learning and an expression of Homoeopathic Pioneerβs commitment towards providing quality education.
