★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place for paying municipal tax on behalf of my father. Also I made my Aadhar Card from this place.
Even being government department, they only accepted tax money in hard cash and not in any other manner when I last visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is near to Burdwan Railway station. Railway flyover start from Municipality office. It was established in the year 1865. It also one of the oldest Municipality of India At present the municipality has 35 wards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in near Tinkonia bus stand. Just opposite of Gurudwara . In a simple word just besides the entrance of new rail over bridge. It is blue and white colour building. Staff are good in behavior but they do not maintaining the time also. Parking facility is available here. Easily visible from normal traffic situations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burdwan Municipality, is located just beside G.T road. Staffs behaviour is good. I visited this place many times, and my experience was good. Burdwan Municipality is about 400m away from Bardhaman railway station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just beside Bardhaman Station, you will find Burdwan Municipality....one of the oldest and popular municipal corporation office. The place is vast..and as it is the main office campus of the famous Bardhaman Municipality, the place is always swarming with people . But inspite of regular upgradation, the place has loose work ethics ...need vast improvement in this particular field.
