★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went thought process of BIS and found that to take registration of BIS, you need more than 30 thousand to obtain a registration number only. I dont know why they take so much charges. After you will spend more 40-50 K in laboratory. means to launch 1 model of electronics , initially you have to spend almost 1 Lakh. In india, Middle or lower class cant start a business because this expenditure that why indian business is not growing. When CRS is compulsorily by Govt , then it should subsidised by them also. One side the said Make In India, Other side They heavily charges On CRS system. How could india will grow.
BIS should lowered the fess for New registration )CRS) which is now Rs 28,000 + S.T.
