★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very dissapointing experience for the first time. When I entered, they said they don't have any burger available below Rs.200, though they had many burgers listed on the menu.
But now, Burger King has started a new system. If you have to order any burger who price is below Rs.150, then you have to order it via their app, you can't order it on the counter.
I have no idea whether they are instructed to do so by Burger King Management, or they are doing this as per their will.
Ordering via the app is a big hassle and a very time consuming task.
It took me around 10 minutes to order for the first time, because it asks us to enter a lot of information for signing up.
If my review is being read by any of the senior management, then please stop this system. Let customer decide whether he wants to order via the app or on the counter. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall service is average. The taste solely depends on the sauces these people use. Its like patty is just for the sake. Where as local burgers will give more trip to taste buds as their patty has its own juicy or dense taste.

Just the problem is tables are not clean
1st floor was empty/not crowded but no table was clean, every table and the floor was messy and sticky
Had to told many times
But no staff bothered to clean it properly
Just maintain it
Food taste is good
Staff is cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very polite and friendly. The food was fresh and it came out quick. The burger had just the right amount of mayo and was neat and wrapped to perfection. Place is very good to hangout. Good Experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Burger king i ordered a stunner menu. They delivered me in 8-10 minutes. Social distancing was being observed.
The only thing i notice that the person taking the order was shouting loudly for the customer's phone number and asking for the mobile number. In fact, they should keep the volume of songs playing in their outlets low so that they get customer's voice is clear. The rest of the cleaning was good. The burger tasted good. The burger bread (Bun) was very soft.The sausages used in the burgers were fresh.
Recomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally love the taste and quality of burgers here. The place is decent, good for families, friends, couples etc. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't have a full menu anywhere or at least not easy to find. Usually they highlight only 4 to 5 burgers of high price. But then someone like me prefers to go through entire menu any restaurant offers, so I find it very inconvenient to try new things they might have and limits my curious mind to try new things. So it's usually just crunchy chicken burger as a safe choice.
Please offer an entire printed menu Burger King if possible.
