When I came on 29th September in the afternoon the place was pretty empty. Unlike earlier times.
It was not warm but hot inside.
My friend who arrived earlier was sweating. So did I and my business colleague who arrived after some time.
We spoke with the employee girl but just s bit of fiddling with the AC control. Told the gentleman who I presume was the Manager. His response was a curt casual - it will get cooler. The after about 20 odd minutes of us entering!!
The chicken burger combo was pathetic. Firstly the so called spicy fiery chicken burger was the same normal burger with some so called " spicy watery sauce " added into the burger bun!! Of course the " spicy watery sauce " added meant the price went up by about Rs 40 odd!!
Two combos ordered but ONE Cheesy fries given!!
Also ONE fork for the TWO Combos to eat the ONE Cheesy Fries. Only TWO tissues provided.
The burger taste was pathetic compared to earlier times.
No wonder my grandkids refuse to have BK burgers.
Very very sad experience.
We used to be regulars there at BK near Times Square on Andheri Kurla Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here was a bit slow but the food quality is decent. Tried the cheese fries which was nice asked for the cheese separately. Also the smoky burger was decent it was the standard patty just the sauce was different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An good option to satisfy your hunger craving at affordable prices. The packaging was spill proof and thankfully the burger was delivered in a good state. We ordered a double patty crispy veg burger, the patty was crisp however the amount of sauce was considerably less with only one slice of tomato in it. The patty and the soft bun compensated.?
