★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 double patty crispy veg burger from Zomato and even after 1 hour and 30 minutes and more the order still didn't came the restaurant didn't even picked up our calls we called atleast 5 times we used the coustomer care on Zomato and they said that they will have a word with the delivery guy and after that they said that the order will be handovered in next 5 minutes but even after 10 minutes the status was still food is being prepared and then it turned to order packaging still nothing more then after 15 minutes our ordered was automatically cancelled and got the refund really a bad experience you guys will keep people starve to hunger improve your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their system was not working they asked us to download their app then order from app. Worst part is inspite of excellent network the payment processing on this app took around 15-20 minutes and then the order got processed also the bun were not fresh enough better order from Subway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all satisfied with the quality of the food they provide. The fries were burnt, potatoes used were decayed and black. The fries were of irregular shape. Also had order One veg BigBoss Whopper which was okay. But for non-veg BigBoss Whopper burger had burnt chicken Patti. Had to replace it. They really need to work on their quality instead of grabbing customers. Won't visit this chain of Panvel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it seems they are just cheating the customers when you go for home delivery. Recently we have order online with zometo. What we ordered and what they have delivered was completely different. In our burger there was no tomato, lactus was also next to nothing. I am sharing the pictures of it here. This is just like cheating the customers. What pictures you show and what contains you mentioned that should be get delivered properly. I am sharing the pictures along with the invoice of it here. Do the needful in this regard. We trust you and ordered but now feel cheated.
