A few ups and downs in Delivering n Preparing the order but overall they provide amazing service.
Product quality was top notch till now.
But today i ordered the same as usual(Aloo Tikki Burger with Coke n French Fries)
They didn't make it fresh , they gave the pre-prepared order.
The food was not at all hot n fresh.
They have even increse the amount of overall total by adding Restaurant Charges. But thats not a problem if u Give what customers expect i:e Fresh n Hot food.
But after today i am very disappointed with Burger Shack.
As mentioned above i have almost ordered 50 orders till now i:e maybe rs.50000+ Food.
But today They didnt even gave the coke instead of that they delivered Fanta , which i hate n the french fries were also cold.
Third Class Service From Burger Shack.
