First time in a life I have had a burger with 2.5 cm diameter tikki. I think 35₹ carries a value and you must discontinue selling burger.
Quality wise nothing much as the soul itself is pathetic..
Coming to French fries as per them the potato inside should not be hollow but must feel boiled potato as locals demand the same. Great man. With such quality you will only add disgrace to your brandname.

It's a very good cosy shop with nice ambience located in New colony circular market, and it's been 15 years since this shop has maintained quality , they serve very good burgers and sandwiches, they have even added more options in the menu, every item here is worth every penny and the food is also very pocket friendly, but you have to stand and eat inside this as they have no sitting capacity. Must visit

Over negative reviews, given here or or personally over the face, you will find him always arguing and proving himself right. If you want to remain in the competition, please learn to be humble with the customers.
Today you might be important, but if you doesn't work over your rudeness with the customers, you might NOT even be required in the food market & competition. Your closest competitors (like Peppers) will win your customers (they would be thanking over your rudeness and egoistic attitude). Be humble and doesn't argue or try to prove yourself right all the times.

Ask them reheat or bake properly otherwise there are many other good options in old Gurgaon.
