Burgzooka - Mumbai

I placed an order for a chicken hotdog around midnight as this is one of the few places that's open late night for home deliveries. I was really disappointed as the sausage was over barbecued/burnt from the upper half as can be seen in the pictures attached. Due to this reason, the hotdog tasted bitter and really spoilt my taste and experience. When I had received my order, I started having the hotdog assuming that it was smoked and would taste smoky but to my utter disappointment it was bitter and I could somehow only manage to have a little more than half of it and that too only because I was very hungry. I called up the restaurant to inform them about the same and to ask them for a replacement but the guy that I spoke to not only didn't express any empathy towards the same but just said that they will not repeat the same next time. I then told the guy that there's no next time and to replace my order immediately as I always review the food on Zomato and am very honest with my reviews to which he said that they can't replace the food since I've ordered through Zomato and that they don't have a delivery boy only Zomato does. I want the restaurant owners/managers to know that I'm not new here and I'm always honest with my reviews. Being a lawyer I'm well aware of what consumer/customer satisfaction is which hasn't been met in this case with the proofs of the pictures attached. One doesn't simply spend 200 Rs. to have bitter and burnt food. I'm sure that no other customer would have had or paid for the same food. It's just because that it was a home delivery that they got away with it. Every restaurant/eatery that caters to its customers is supposed to inspect the meal before sending the same out for delivery and in this case it didn't feel like the same had been done. This is because of the fault of the manager as well as the chef that the food served to me was burnt. Had the manager properly inspected the same then this situation could have been avoided. Needless to say the chef is also at fault and should have atleast considered the fact that the food that is being sent out for delivery will be eaten by someone and that no person would like to have burnt food for which they spend money. I'm really disappointed and I'm never going to make the mistake of ordering from this place again. Please refer to the pictures attached. Also, there's a huge difference between a sausage being smoky and burnt and I hope that their chef knows the same. Even though I was very hungry and had more than half the hot dog, I still regret that decision as it has left a very bitter aftertaste and I'm sure that having burnt food isn't good for anyone's health and appetite. I hope some action is taken against the same.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten, and worth the price too. The best part, you can go at 3am and chill till 5am. That is in any spot, because it's still an outlet, and not a restaurant.

Pizza was great. Burger was also good, the patty should be a bit thicker. Garlic bread of not that great.

The best burgers I've ordered in a long time and bonus points for staying open till the wee hours of the morning. We ordered a BLT (bacon and cheese) burger and a classic buff burger. What I loved the best about the burgers was that they weren't messy and the bread was not soggy by the time it was delivered at your doorstep. With the right amount of sauce, the patty in the classic buff burger was juicy and flavorful. All in all, a big thumbs up for this joint!

I ordered from Burgzooka through Swiggy....a chicken burger and the patties were pink and under cooked. Very disappointing.

They serve very good burgers with variety of option veg and non veg , their Menu is so clear and making a order is so easy just by looking at its menu .

The delivery time is open late till night so it's the best option when hunger strikes. Get food for great price! Would surely recommended this to my friends. Also the packing was good.And the delivery boy was very kind.

Probably the best Buff burger in town.... ? with the smoked bacon... The patty is succulent and juicy... The right amount of sauces that keep the burger steady and the patty in its place, the bread doesn't turn into a soggy mess even after delivery. The best part is the meat, it doesn't have the usual buffey smell to it and is the perfect lean/fat combination with a nice slice of cheese on top. To be honest even with all the meat the burgers don't even feel to greasy or heavy. Recommended : Bad arse buff burger, Classic cheese burger.
