Worst staff behaviour, every time I visit the shop manager either in sleepy mood or busy in mobile, Already fully pre paid product not delivered on time,its ready but not given to the customer due to negligence of shop owner & manager.

One of the worst shop in barddhaman.very cheap behaviour and also there are some fraud employees who shouted on customer. All of their products are very expensive.

MY WHOLE FAMILY WAS THEIR CUSTOMER FOR LAST"30 YEARS" AND THAT WAS THEIR GOLDEN PERIOD BUT FOR LAST 3-4 YEARS THEY LOST THEIR DIGNITY, AND THEY HIKE THEIR ALL ITEMS EXCESSIVELY AND ALSO QUALITY OF WORK AND FINISHING IS TOO POOR, AND SOME OF THEIR STAFFS ARE TOO BAD IN BEHAVES . OVER ALL NOW THIS TIME I CANT GIVE ANY POSETIVE REVIEW ABOUT THEM. YOU CAN CHOOSE MORE REPUTED SHOPS WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN BURDWAN OVER THEM.

It became the worst now. I went to BC Road branch. Total dishonest now. They have opened another branch at Baranilpur more, that is why they need more money and hence started to charge more and more money by any means.Now they bound you to put signature on every payment bill on the first day when you go there so that they can charge you anything on the day of delivery of the items. On first day they show highly costly items first and shamelessly bounds and forces to purchase those. Customer feels embarrassed in front of others when they say again and again that they can't afford but inspite of that they are being insisted repeatedly to purchase those ₹8500/- to ₹10,000/- items. Then angrily and with too much disappointment they show low cost affordable items after a long long argument. If you pay for one spectacle and express desire to purchase next one they bound you to purchase extra lenses on the next day ( day of delivery of the first spectacle) even if you have not made any order or advance payment for the second one, saying that the lenses are already brought for you from somewhere else. Customers deny to purchase second one just because their wrong adjustment of glasses in first spectacles. Same power of two different spectacle but one is perfect and another is absolutely wrong adjustment or perhaps wrong glasses. So this time I gave order for one because I know about this problem from past experiences. But I told them my desire for the next one if the first one is perfect. But this time also same problem and they force you to pay for the second one for which I didn't order. I protested strongly and shouted, then they stopped forcing me. They make you to pay for everything even if you are totally innocent or unaware about there clever policy ( fra..d).
