One of The construction of Burugupalli Infrastructures
This is my Genuine Feedback and Review
1.Pathetic construction
Not Even 50% of Value for Your money
They charge Premium for their work Construction,
They Told initially We are Far Better from others but they are not even equal to small individual house contractors
2.Flat inside Works
Electicals : they will find Cheapest quality of Wires, Switches and switch boards and fix it
With in five months they will break( Check in Attached pictures)
Tiles : Worst ever tiles Work I have seen , They will simply blame their tiles work contractor, Tiles colour selection also poor
plumbing: It’s already damaged
Paints : Cheapest quality paints they are using but they charge you premium
Internal Walls Finishing : Worst ever plastering and putty works, they handed over Flats on 2nd April 2021 , Already we are seeing cracks even 1st floor also
Common Area: They are trying to manipulating with Front Elevation looks, Please I am warning you They are Masters in Manipulating ( Perfect example of Medipandu )
Worst parking space designed ( Not even good space for Hachback cars, If you have sedan car, Then you have to go daily for work shop for denting and painting ), Useless park designed
Front gate design is also pathetic
They don’t even Place civil engineer on construction place once in a While , So called supervisors are there and they don’t know anything
Finally I want to To give My Opinion on owner( Mr.Sridhar Burugupalli) of this Constructions
He is not going to visit the site on regular basis
After completing the so called hurry construction ( Actually not completed ) he will handed over the flats to everyone
And Not even visit single time after Handed over
Not Even Responding for pending works
