★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave us some bad seats after telling us there were 2 buses and our bus left us after waiting for so long, when the bus we were sitting in was the one we had booked. Worst ever experience. Many of the other passengers also had the same problem. Looks like they had only one bus and overbooked it and tried to cover it up with very bad story. Would have given a minus rating if it was possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bus services. Booked a ticket from Delhi to Dehradun and made the payment through credit card and payment was successful. Didn't received any bus ticket or any notification for the same and trying to contact them but fail to do so.
