It's easy to contact customer support but they took the order and delivered on time
When I checked and verified and I found there are multiple items are missing which was not notified and in the bill it was showing all checked
Then I complained and I got to know yes they have few things to be delivered next day
And after a day I got to know they can't deliver but money will be added to wallet
Then tried to contact the customer service few more times and it's almost 6/6 days I am still waiting to get the refund.
No cash on delivery accepted.
So be careful and check the items at the time of delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took full money for dry fruits but didn't deliver. Don't know what to do and whom to complain. If there would not have been lockdown, I would have gone to the corporate office. Now office is also not picking up phone. For this reason these services and not sustainable in odisha and people are going outside. The organization who is looting like this must not be giving salary to staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't order from them unless they use proper Technology in their API or frontend. It's so frustrating to see order which I haven't kept in my cart. Sometimes there is payment failure, sometimes different order and so on it continues. All the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer care ever. I ordered on 13th may. Never got my products on 14th. After calling the customer care about 10 times, a lady picked and said she will get back to me. That call never came. I am still calling and there is no resolution. They have not given any alternate number too for calling. My 600 rs is stuck with this bad online delivery copany. Worst ever. Please avoid.

I did not get my order delivered . I have been following up for refunds and the customer care has been evading. There is no refund also.
would highly dissuade people from taking their service.
