★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor experience. Got delivery in 5 days instead of 3. Parcel was to be delivered in kota, instead they got the parcel to Jaipur. At the time of delivery, at our address, they ask for our ID proof and authorisation by the sender.
The unprofessional and unwanted hassles by the company just add to the pathetic experience they are providing to their customers and others associated.
