★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Dealership. You have to struggle a lot to get your delivery, moreover they are incompetent as they don't know anything about vechile. You will interact with Gracy but she has very minimal knowledge about anything. The owner has lot of attitude. The loan provider at the dealership (ICICI bank) has no knowledge about credit score. They have given me TVS Ntorq in a bad shape with all work undone like protection guard, meter, etc. Irony, in the name of helmet which is part of accessories, they provide coconut cover which doesn't fit your head. Don't fall for the honey trap of authorised dealership. They sent my details for registration after two weeks because they were out of some form. All in all most pathetic dealership. This is unluck dealer, you will realise after buying the vechile. Moreover, they don't even provide PUC because they can't afford Rs. 60. If you want to waste your money BVR is the best
