★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst chik lalabagg service no water supply from 15/06/2021 till 18/06/2021 they don't receive in landline number if we call mobile number everytime they say tomorrow will come water, idotic people no responsibility just for enjoy and fun they come to work, manavarthipet, akkipet cross no water supply.

Sir,
With the respect, I would like to draw your attention to the scarcity of water in our area.
We have been facing this type of problem for a long time. There is a severe shortage of water in our region. Due to which the people of our area is facing water problems these days. There is no water in their houses. Tabs remain dry throughout the day. Often the water pressure is very low. Hence, citizens have to suffer a lot. Many times residents have to hire private tankers to meet their daily water demands and pay more for this. The situation is getting worse out of bed here. It has become very difficult for women to wash clothes and complete their household chores. People have to go to the offices there without bathing.
We have complained several times but the action has not been taken yet. I hope you will take the immediate response and effective steps to solve this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While appreciating the water supply management arresting of several leakage in Jayamahal- Nandidurga area, I wish to bring the following for clarification/ action
It is about mushroom growth of borewells in Nandidurga extension. Most of the houses rebuilt have borewell and up coming constructions try to dig borewell invariably, although there is good water supply.There is a Good Samaritan group who go post to pillar and stop this activity. Even staff in BWSSB office in area appear helpless for reasons best known to them.It would be nice if the rule regarding borewell is displayed in appropriate places for public information and suitable action taken for rules violations if any by conducting drives. Even the rig owners should be aware of the core area where the borewells are not permitted.
