★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from the bill payment kiosk it is also the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer of Kengeri for BWSSB and also has a very huge water storage tank that caters water to the entire locality.
In addition, it also has the sewage control board with the "Kabini" sewer machine that is a motorized flush system to drain out blocked sewage lines.
To make these guys come to your locality when you have a drainage problem is a herculean task and they are generally very lethargic. They claim to work on a first come first serve basis depending on the complaint that needs to be written in a register book that is kept in the front office(next to kiosk)
Do expect them asking for money directly and make sure you pay them or else they won't attend to your problems the next time . For the work they do which is unimaginable to work the sewers, I think it's fair to pay them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. The person in charge of supply is so rude and has no basic manner of talking to anyone be it man or woman. Very arrogant and always speaks in high tone arguing the water is been supplied.
We are experiencing irregular water supply(supply once in 4 days for less than an hour with least pressure) since almost three months whereas the layout adjacent to us gets water regularly sharing same flowing pipes but with a valve. Nobody from this BWSSB office has cared or bothered to look at it even once after requesting for hundred times also.
To complain, the BWWSB customer support contact also doesn't connect. This is the first in 13 years we are experiencing this. God knows what happens in summer. The average rating on Google is 2.8 and these guys are still unbothered.
The staff has to seriously think of working on issues like this.
