★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and the product delivered were worst and the outfit delivered was completely different from what we had discussed and the actual delivery, they don’t take your opinion before customisation, they follow their own colors and design irrespective of the colors and design and pattern mentioned in prior. owner of this brand ignored the calls and messages also refused for the refund and replace of the product. At the end they respond in harsh tone to the customers. Very bad staff. Please don’t go by the photos which they send for reference.

We have said hundred times about the dates of the marriage ,yet they give on the day of marriage and more over they never share the design which they doing for us.
And it's not just for one occasion, we have unfortunately asked them to do design for couple of occusions and both the times we faced exactly same issues( deliver on the exact date of the occasion , not on the day we want, even if you have given the order two months back) And wait for it, the fittings were not correct we need to dunzo the stuffs from the marriage hall to them back and forth , and when we complain they give us the lecture about being professionals.
design apart customer service is absolutely worst.
The way they speak when they do mistake and before that is miles apart.
