★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never deliver the bike if you have booked for home delivery and 2nd they loot people by charging for the damage on vehicle made either by them or others. Even if you show pic they don't agree. They are pure looters. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Pulsar 150Cc from Bykemania on the occation of new year.The bike condition was very good and we didn't find any problem during the entire trip.It was a sudden plan. I went for a trip to kerala with my friends on road trip.It was an amazing experience but Bykemania has some strict policies like you need to submit bike on time otherwise you need to pay fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with monthly rental. These are a bunch of rowdies running some cheap rental business. No corporate behaviour, no courtesy, nothing. I got the dirtiest bike from a third class uncouth person. Sane people stay away from such experience even if it costs less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had rented a bike for one month through the app by paying money in advance. Due to some emergency, I had to return the bike within 2 weeks and had hardly used the bike. I tried to contact the customer care several times to see if I can get a partial refund atleast but their customer care number is never reachable, I think their customer care agents are sleeping all the time. I called 10 times and no one answered it. Later I went to the outlet to return the bike and when I asked the guy over there for refund he didn’t even bother to listen to me and he told me to contact the same customer care where no1 answers. Pathetic customer service. Please do not rent bikes from Bykemania as they don’t care for customers at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bikes aren’t in the best condition ni would say, but still its cheaper than most of the other bike rental services. Also they need a good App developer i guess. Hassle free rentals. But poor customer support and app. A recommended place if you’re on budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a Pulsar for an important commitment that I need to make. I was there on time but they delayed me for 2 hours saying that they didn’t received the bike. After 2 hours they washed and gave me another bike which doesn’t have odometer broken, the side guards broken no mirrors … etc. They didn’t even fill the fuel properly the bike didn’t went up to the next fuel station I had to manually push the bike for .5 km to reach it. I felt like I had made my worst decision in my life by booking a bike in this place. Because if all this I missed the appointment I had.
Beware of this don’t rely on their bikes and their schedules they won’t follow any instead book a cab that would be safe and economical way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good places to rent a vehicle, vehicles are in running condition( the vehicle I took was not cleaned and did not have horn, but was in running condition). Go for it if you need a vehicle in running and no matter how it looks or if its cleaned or not.Their service is also kind of ok, not good not bad.
