But would prove costly for a joint family as 4 and upper BHK flats are pricey according to the location and crowd there.

2 kinds of flats are Available I.e. 2-BHK and 3-BHK
The 2-BHK flats have 2 balcony and 3-BHK have 1 balcony!
One of the good society where all the festivals are made with full enthusiasm!
Specially garba nights!!!
Good place to live if you are a nuclear family!
