- By paying Mobile bills for Supervisors.
- By issuing PF No. of Employee within Two months.
- By issuing ESI Card within Two month after joining.
- No Deductions for Dress etc. all paid by company.
- By conducting Workers Welfare Meeting every quarterly.
- By conducting monthly one time training classes (On Job Training).
- By giving Yearly Bonus to all the employees as per company Rules.
- By carrying out frequent surprise visits by Company representatives.
- By recognising Best worker and giving him special Incentives every month.
- By Schedule visit/meeting every week from our company representative, whenever the number of manpower of particular site exceeds 50 to reduce the down time of any problem.
- We provide additional insurance coverage apart from ESI for our Employees’ those who worked for 6 month or more, for an amount varying from Rs 3 – 10 Lac free of cost (company policy).
